Is this your first time trying on wedding gowns and not sure how the process goes? Check out some of our frequently asked questions! If you need or want any more information do not hesitate to call us and speak directly to a staff member. We are here to help!

Will I have a designated consultant with me during my 
appointment?

What should I bring with me for 

my appointment?

Yes! You will have a 1 on 1 consultant with you to help you every step of the way. From selecting gowns to accessorizing, all the way until you pick up your gown to say "I do!"

Appointments are booked for 90 minutes. You can try on as many dresses as you'd like in that time frame! We do not limit you. If you feel you may need more time or assistance please contact the store directly and they will help you navigate the booking process.

We will provide everything to ease you through the process of purchasing your gown. We have veils, accessories and shoes. If you plan on wearing shape wear or any special under garments, we do recommend that you bring those with you. Please note that underwear is required to be worn during the duration of your appointment.

How many guests can I bring with me
to my appointment?

How long does it take for dresses

to arrive? How about alterations?

We ask that clients bring no more than 3 guests with them as it starts to get a little crowded in here! If you are wanting to bring a large party please contact the store as we have private bridal bookings available!

Wedding gowns generally take about 8 months to arrive! However, we do have rush options as well as lots of off-the-rack options that you can take home with you right away. We like to give ourselves about 4 weeks for alterations once your dress arrives, unless you are planning on making custom changes, then we would like to give ourselves about 6 weeks. Please note alterations are an additional charge to your wedding gown and cost is dependent on the work required.

What is the payment policy once

I purchase my wedding gown?

When you say "Yes!" you are required to put down a 50% deposit. When your dress arrives we will call you straight away and you will pay the remaining 50% at that time.

It's time for my wedding, what happens now?

We are happy to store your dress with us right until you walk down the aisle! We provide a complimentary steam service on your gown, and veil if you have one, prior to you picking up your gown for the big day! You are also provided with an opaque garment bag to keep it clean and hidden from any curious fiancés!
